23 October 08 - 10:31About me

I promised yesterday that I was going to tell you about me, so here I go:

My name is Rasmus, but since my name doesn't sound especially good in English my nickname on the internet, in movies, games and other stuff I create is Pandaboy. I'm 16 years old, and my birthday is on December 13. I was lucky enough to be born on a friday, so... Yeah. I have more luck than anyone I know! ... Not. Right now I'm sitting in school, but this is actually the first time I'm here for about 2 weeks. I thought about quitting school and giving up everything I fought so much to get to, but I decided today that I'm going to fight until the day that I die. The reason that I thought about quitting school is because of a girl in my class. She treats me like something really disgusting that got stuck under her shoe. And all I ever did for her was to take care of her and make sure she was alright. I even forgot to take care of myself in the process, and she did exactly the same thing: She tried to take care of her self and make sure she was alright, and she forgot totally about me. What a girlfriend...
Enough about that.

I live in Sweden, so my English is far from perfect, which I guess you've already noticed, but I try as good as I can. Sometimes English is actually easier than swedish. I didn't learn to speak English in school, like you probably took for granted I did (we start to learn English in school when we're 8 or 9 or something, but I had really bad teachers). I actually learnt English by playing Zelda on Nintendo 64, So I've always been a Zelda fan. Well, I'm a fan of many video games, but I get bored so easily with it. Like.. The sims. I have almost all expansions for the sims 2, but I can't play it for more than an hour, since everything is just the same all the time. You make a family, you build a house, and you live there. Yay... But in games like Zelda there's always something new. You get a fairy, you get called to see the great deku tree, you're told to save Hyrule, and your adventure begins! The only bad things about those games is that you just want more when it ends.

My family... What can I tell you about them? I have a mom, but I don't like her. I have  a father who is like... 83 or something, and we haven't spoken for some years. My brother and I have a pretty passive relationship, if you know what I mean. We live in the same appartment, but we live totally different lives. We don't have an especially strong relationship, but it is at least not a bad relationship, like the one I have with my mother. I can actually say I hate her, and it hurts to say so.
I have three cats, but only one that I like. The other two are just... Well... I don't like them. Their names are Kasper, Buster and Tarzan. Tarzan is the one I like. He weights about three times as much as his mother (Buster, which actually is a boy's name), so he is like a hairy pillow with a tail. But it' not because he's fat that I like him. We have some sort of mind connection. He gets me, and I get him.

I have a lesson now, but I'll update soon ---

I'm still at my lesson (or do you say "in class"?), but it's my english class, so I thought it would be okay for me to write some more here. The teacher would probably not agree, but that doesn't really matter. It's not like I will hide this if she'll check what I'm doing, I will just ask if it's okay to continue to write, and she'll probably say no :P. Now, what more is there to say about me?

I like to create. I live to create. Sometimes my urge to create something grows too big, so then I create just to create something, and the result of those creations are not very good... But sometimes i succeed with my creations. I'm pretty satisfied with my pikachu flash movie for example:

It's the first flash movie I have ever created. We learned to use adobe flash cs3 in school, so I made it in class. We weren't supposed to add sounds or music, but I thought my movie needed at least a "pikachu" sound, and then I thought it needed some music, and.. yeah.

I have created so many things I just want to flush down the toilet.
The sad thing is that a lot of movies I made when I was younger disappeared when our other computer got a virus... My first movie for example. It was a picture of my cat sitting in the bathtub (without water in it), and I had made a movie with paint and windows media player out of that picture. Damn... I want it back.

I don't have many friends, but it's not because I'm the kind of person that sits in fron of the computer 24/7 and rejects any social interactions. I don't know why. I have been through so man terrible things in my past that I'd rather not talk about. I was locked away (not jail or anything) a whole summer, and that's were I started to lose contact with the world around me, but that's far from the worst thing I've been through. Exept for the part when one of my friends there bled to death in front of me... All the things I've been through has made me afraid to interact with others, so when I speak to someone I rarely look into the persons eyes. My eyes are mostly focused on my feet, or their not focused on anything. I drift off very often into my mind. I can think about something, and hear an answer to what I'm thinking. And I answer back.
This doesn't mean I don't have any friends at all.

Ingenting annat.
